Attaching railing to sloped ends

Need a solution to this challenge: My deck project is 4'x12'x4' nestled on a roof-top, and I am looking at a horizontal stainless steel infill railing. The two ends will need be attached to a sloped roof until it is about two feet high at the wall, and then another foot straight up the wall to reach a total of 36" high.

Apparently, the regular posts will not work. Any ideas how I should attache the infills to the end that is partially sloped and partially straight?
