Hi Everyone,

I have some new citrus trees (arrived this week!) and they look very healthy -- with the exception of a Meyer Lemon that doesn't have as many leaves as the others, but I have read that they drop leaves for minor stress, so that's probably to be expected? The leaves it has held onto are nice and dark green, so I'm not worried yet. I am repotting them into larger containers (some terra cotta, some plastic) using E. B. Stone's cactus mix. I have Foliage Pro on hand, but am waiting to fertilize until they have gotten used to their new situation. Is that what you would do?

Weather in Seattle is forecast for the next month to have highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s. These plants come from greenhouses. Should I keep them indoors (70 degrees F, south-facing windows) for a month, or should I start transitioning them to the outdoors now? I'm not sure if it would be less stressful for them to transition to outdoor living after shipping, or to get used to my house and then move outside in about a month.

Thanks for any advice you might have on this matter. I realize that there are other threads dealing with bringing plants out (they seem to suggest that I should), but I'm specifically wondering whether the fact that they JUST arrived makes a big difference.
