I recently noticed that our open house gift is starting to die off. The coworkers don’t seem to know anything about it and aren’t watering it properly so I have taken it home To nurse it back to health.

It has these suuuper tiny leaves and always looks wilty no matter what I do so I think that part may be normal. Does anyone know what type of plant this is and links/how to properly care for the lil thing? I generally water once I don’t feel moisture up to my first knuckle and that seems to be doing alright, but with spring coming I’d like to know the hardiness and all that so I can make it strong enough to be handled at work again.
