How would you prune this fig tree?

It has been in ground with winter protection the last 3 years. Good production 2 years ago,but a cold winter killed the top half and production suffered last summer. It definitely needs a good pruning, all Ive ever taken off was dead wood. Should I keep it to 3 good shoots or so?
