leaning mirror for bedroom ?

Hello everyone,

I want to put a leaning mirror next to my dresser on the left.

do you think this would look good?

I wish it was taller than 64 inches, but I like the frame. And it needs to be kindof skinny to fit in that corner.

Here is the the rest of my room. Any other tips for balance / what to get? Thanks.

I am wondering why the bed is not against the brick wall?

katrina, I'm guessing the door won't open then...(it was my first thought, too)...

It's a lovely room...can the laundry hamper go in a closet or in the bathroom?

I don't see any lamps here...do you not want them?

How do you feel about having shelves for nightstands? I always feel that in a small room, it's a great benefit (plus easier to swiffer the floor). You could probably fit two if we can find the right size...

I think without the laundry hamper the mirror would be fine, although "leaning" anything scares me :-/ Obviously you would move the dresser over a bit...

You could do plug in sconces to save room...

And what about some art for the wall above the dresser? They make hanging clips for brick..

Yes, it would work. If the size isn't optimal for you, you could get one that is and paint the frame the colour you want. :) I'm too clumsy to consider a leaning mirror but love the look of them!

I don't mind the laundry hamper out (mine's out and about too) but think it might look better in a lighter colour. Lots of texture and tones on that wall. Might want to tone one down and the hamper would be easiest to do.

The floating nightstands is a great idea. Perhaps simply use the drawers you have? (If there's an easy way to take off the legs). I'd want a nice large piece of art above the bed.

I think it will look a little cramped. Can you put it on the wall to the left of the dresser instead of leaning against the brick wall?

Thanks everyone -- Sorry to reply so late, I forgot I posted this ! Yes the entrance to the room would be blocked by the bed if it was against the brick.

I still haven't bought a mirror yet but now I'm trying to pick a ceiling fan first. Does anyone have an idea for that? I have 3 here that i'll post below in a picture: I bought the darker one on the top right already for my living room. I do kind of like the black top left one. But can anyone recommend any styles for a fan with a light? What color should I stick to? I thought either Black /Dark or silver. The one on the right also comes in silver/ brush nickel.

    Thanks
