So every time i start to get overwhelmed with a current task of our 1st floor remodel or thinking ahead to the next task, i find myself on Zillow scanning for new house that fits all of our needs and in our budget. Usually i strike out and realize that what we paid for our house + the cost of this remodel isn't on the market for the result we expect to end up with.

Anyways...came across this house.

I'm not a plumber or electrician, just a die hard DIY'er, but man do i have an appreciation for the plumbing and electrical runs in this house!! Everything is so clean and organzied, you can tell someone put some forethought into this before they did it.

Not sure if this is common quality and/or my 90's house just stinks in this category, but thumbs up to whomever did this one!!
