The first was one of my early choices and my husband thought it looked like brains :) (can't un-see what he sees), but that second one, now there is bold and I actually like that! Thanks all. I might just go for it. We will see what the sample looks like.

That is one bold wallpaper! It’s beautiful. The only thing I’ll say is that it’s quite a jarring shift from the exterior vignette. I’d try to bring some bold, black graphic touches outside of the room, to ease the transition. For instance, the framed poster you have in there now would look great just outside the room.

Those that Chispa shared with an Asian vibe make me absolutely swoon. They would not go in my style of home at all, but if they would, I'd use something along those lines in a heartbeat. The blue with the boats and lanterns is dreamy.

OMG, I just checked in here and wow. Ok, so you are not going to make this easy. Beverly, that vermicelli is delicious. Especially in the gold, but not right for this space and "he" will never unsee the other "thing" (but the style is so me). Jpp1, I get that. Trust me on this one. This place is eclectic! But you make me think about how the transition from outside the powder room to inside is a great opportunity. Chispa, Oh my, what is that first one? AND the 3rd? Love them all but started thinking dark (like the 2nd) and made myself crazy. The fourth has green and we just have a thing about that given the rest of our space. BUT THAT 1st ONE and 3rd??? Love group think!

aprilneverends, Yes, Timorous Beasties is correct but it's TILE! (Cle Tile) Hmmmm, something to consider, but much harder to change later than wallpaper. The cherry blossom one appears to be a mural rather than wall paper. I'll wait for my samples. Thanks for weighing in. I'll post photos after we do whatever we do!

LOVE how the first pic overflows onto the bench! Bathrooms due to the steam are not a place for wall paper IMHO--but a powder room, WHY NOT??

arcy_gw, I thought that same thing about the bench. Unfortunately my small powder room doesn't offer much opportunity for other textiles. (Guess I could always make a small cushion for the elephant? :) I'm not much of a wallpaper person either, except in small doses. Nancy, I think you're right about the Beasties.
