Sanity check on fertilizer use?

I am just looking for a little confirmation that my fertilizer use is in the right ballpark, I started a fruit tree replanting effort in an older very large yard (about 5 acres) 4-5 years ago, on the 8b/9a line in Louisiana. Which involved removing a number of old dying fruit trees, though 10 to 12 25-35 year old trees remain (peach, pear, persimmon, Satsuma, a large 15+ ft across fig, as well as a couple of large blueberry bushes). I have since added another 16 more blueberry bushes, 17 Asian pear trees (12 were in a end of season bundle deal at a price I could not pass up 3 years ago) , 4 peach trees, along with another 8 or 9 plums / Pluot, plum hybrids, 3 or 4 figs, an Avocado, 2 100 ft long rows of thornless blackberries,... . Last year I used right at 100 pounds of commercial fertilizer, judging by current use rate, I seem to be on track to use 150 pounds this year, does this sound like the right ball park given the scattered plantings around the yard of the fruit trees, losses to surrounding grass, etc?
