Not heard of this seller. This is for Adeniums?

I cannot speak for this seller, but whom ever you purchase plants from abroad. You will need for the seller to provide a Phytosanitary Certificate from their Agriculture Dept. They will not be allowed into the country without this paper work. The Phyto. Cert. will have to conform to what the U.S. Customs requirements are.

You can order from Oriënt Adenium, Yang Ming is the nursery

If Orient Adeniums (Rinoa) and Yang Ming are the same, then you would be in good hands with them. Rinoa has a sister/relative in China whom looks after sales separate from last time I ordered.
