Need help with Paint Colors!

Yeah! Not! My husband let me design and pick out colors for the my new kitchen. We agreed on everything. I let him decide the carpet and the furniture in our bedroom. I am not to keen on this huge furniture for our bedroom and I do not like the brown/ dark wood color coming through. I need help with suggestions of paint colors and trim for this room. The rest of my house inside is Benjamin’s Moore Smoke Ember/ Baltic Gray in life/ not so lighted halfway is Nimbus and I have bedrooms with Coventry. All our trim is Chantilly lace and the upstairs doors are Black Beauty by BM.. The bathrooms are Stonington Gray and Wickham. My master bath we are not doing yet- is e want a total remodel for there.

I love Benjamin Moore classic gray. It’s a very soft, warm gray. We have dark floors and dark furniture so I needed a color to lighten and brighten the room. The picture doesn’t do the color justice.

The bed combo looks kinda Tudor. I always associate a rich burgundy or claret color with Tudor. Velvet. Saturated colors.

With the caution that monitors don't display colour exactly, so I might not be seeing the same thing as you.... the furniture colour seems cool to me. But the walls are a warm cream. I'd be looking for a cooler paint colour. If you like neutrals, a pale mushroom could work. If you prefer colours a pale greyed-blue or greyed-lilac might go.

well, now you know why letting men (most men) pick furniture by themselves is a bad idea. they always pick the huge stuff! I don't mind the looks of it, it's just so thick and immense! luckily your bedroom size can handle it.

get back at him at pick a nice pink color for the walls. (JK)

Smoke Embers might be a nice choice w/this. bring in color w/bedding and accessories.
