I love watsonia but planted corm/bulbs about 5 years ago and only get green leaves. It is planted in the northern facing back yard. Simplest solution would be to bring it to the front yard where it would get more than enough sun--here in Sacramento. ANy thoughts? Should I fertilize; if so, what solution and how often?

More sun is the solution. In Sacramento just avoid heat reflected from a southern wall. Even then,they might be up to it.
