Replace bathtub and tub surround.
Remove one (1) of two (2) toilets.
Install sit-down vanity area in area left by removal of toilet.
Install new sink vanity (1-bowl sink).
Remove one sink vanity at end of tub and make into storage unit for towels.
Improve lighting.
Replace shower head and faucet and sink faucet.
Replace ventilation fan.
Paint walls and ceiling.
Possibly remove small portion of wall to open up two areas of the L-shaped room.
Possibly add sky-light if feasible.
Existing neutral color ceramic tile flooring and silver towel bars can remain or can be replaced if designer thinks is necessary.
