My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is these permanent screens; are there glass inserts for winter?

Can this room be made into a three-season with glass inserts? Is the screen framing real wood?

    Dennis, Thanks for asking. The client did not require a 3 season option, so we used screens only. Would have been relatively easy to make these combination units. The stained wood is mahogany. Best, GMR

    Dennis, that's why we chose mahogany. Can't imagine Wisconsin winters being much worse than Michigan winters
