Yes, there are doors on the toilets. I might make one toilet a closet.

Put a real door between the closet and the bathroom, and install a good exhaust fan in the bathroom to keep moisture and aromas out of the closet.

Not to keep you from getting to a final solution, but have you considered / tried any options with the bathroom in the middle? That would allow anyone in the bedroom and the lounge/study (what will it be used for?) to access the bathroom without having to pass through the other. It's hard to give much advice without knowing more about your habits and needs, however.

I don’t get the idea of two toilets, either. The rug in the bedroom is too small. The lounge/study needs a desk.

I don't get this idea at all. You have almost 800 square feet, yet so much of it is wasted because it must be kept free for walking through.

OK, I haven't been following everything but I gotta ask, is there closet on one side of bed area in addition to walk in? I'm imaging lots of echo in the big empty space. I guess I like cozy bedrooms. And, I agree, in my house the study would be away from the sleeping area as hubby likes tv (one in there?) and I need quiet for sleep or focused reading in bed. Once we looked at a house to buy with lots of floor space. My realtor advised me I'd need a riding vacuum.

I'd keep experimenting: I love seeing a tub nicely placed esp. under a window - it's charming.

For yours: maybe give up a toilet [or place where the corner L shelving is.... then turned the tub.] Have a focal tub with pretty chandelier over it.

Or you could bring the tub next to balcony and add a high window to enjoy fresh, coor air and fragrance of flower in planter.

I like the idea of a separate toilet from a significant other.

At my house having separate toilets is only an advantage if he cleans his whole little room.
