My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I need to remodel kitchen and create open floor plan

new cabinets and some appliances. Open top half of 1 wall to living room and remove opposite wall to dining room and have dining room part of kitchen and be less formal. Create pantry from wet bar for storage (no one can have too much storage) My bathroom is in great need for remodel, it doesn't function very well but has great potential
