My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Colors are stunning. What is the shutter color? I assume it is also a Sherwin Williams color and could you also tell me the trim (white) color?

      Thanks! Last question, who made the door and is it wood? If wood, what color stain? The stain matches SW Intellectual grey perfectly. Every picture of this house is amazing.

      The door is custom made and is Mahogany. No stain, only marine grade poly.
