I think you solved your own problem. I would give it more light. Watch out for the watering. Leaves look soft.

Maybe incorrect watering? I am just guessing, not an expert on sans (not an expert on anything, haha). I ended up with 6 pots after dividing. They are all in exactly same mix, and watered at the same time. One is not making it - just about dead...Others look good and are growing offsets too. Maybe it had some problems from day one, I am not sure. They could use more light, but I do not have space on windowsill or under lights, so they have to wait :)

I read that underwatering will cause leaves to wilt and be limp - that's what it may be in your case. I hesitate to water my 'goner' more often, since others are ok. I think I'll take mine out of the mix and see what the condition of roots is.

How often do you water yours? I do about 1x/week - 10days, depending how warm or cool it is (even indoors, I get quite a bit of fluctuation in temps).

My big pots, maybe once every two weeks. My smaller pots that are upstairs where it's warmer, maybe once a week. Leaves look under watered but it goes back to the roots. I heard rusted water, from rusting nails, help roots to pick-up oxygen and improves overall health. I have a couple like yours and will try that out.
