I agree - a warm white would look great and fit the style of the home.

I think they're the mid century Mission Revival or Monterey style of spanish homes. tons of them in the so cal area.

I'd stay w/something light since that is the traditional look. Landscaping and hardscape will make or break this look. (I'd start with some heavy tree pruning in your front area)

I've also seen renovations where they eliminate those arches. up to you how far you want to go

a neutral, bright white would be Simply White (BM), but you could try any of these too. get a few samples and try them out. (after you prune some of those trees!)

We used BM Swiss Coffee for a previous home's exterior. Really nice.

You all are fabulous! Thank you for the advice. I think we are going to give Swiss Coffee a shot. Now, does anyone have ideas for the trim color? Obviously, I am not as skilled as you all are.

With the Swiss coffee on the stucco, you could use a tan or sage green trim color.
