I have blue carpet in the basement (I know I made a mistake picking it years ago), it is in perfect condition because no one ever used the basement and now we are going to sell and want to paint the walls. The walls are white now but I am wondering if perhaps a light grey would be better. It has one large window but is still pretty dark.
