If you know so little about that particular oven, then why are you so focused on getting one? Generally, this forum recommends to order the best brand for a particular job. That typically means you end up with a mix of different brands. But that is rarely a problem. If it is, then please give specifics so that we can offer other suggestions.

When talking about best brands for combination steam ovens, you will regularly see recommendations for Miele, and occasional recommendations for Wolf. I don't think, I have even heard of F&P selling a CSO.

I have a Miele CSO and I'm very happy with it. Lots of threads on the Miele models if you do a search.

jborge, are you interested in a steam only oven? Many here would recommend a combi steam oven which incorporates both a steam oven and many characteristics of a regular convection oven. This would give you a lot more flexibility.

Miele has more of a following and bigger sizes that might even replace a regular oven for some people.
