I would guess a Graptosedum of some kind. There’s ‘Francesco Baldi’ and ‘Darley Sunshine’ that’s a total possibility. I lean more towards Graptosedum ‘Darley Sunshine’.

As Kara said, some sort of Graptosomething cross - I'd also guess a Graptosedum from the shape of the leaves.

It does look like a Graptosedum.
