You're probably fine. The fertilizer isn't going to be an issue; sod already has roots, they simply got sheared short. Said sod has already seen plenty of fertilizer (it's been fed weekly at the sod farm) and the top roots are heavily armored and won't have an issue with it.

Ten days in, the roots are already growing (it's April, so they're growing quite a lot as I can assume you're treating it very well!) Pre-emergents bind to the topmost layer of the soil, where the roots already are (and can't be harmed as they're grown in). I'd be far more concerned if you told me they laid pre-M and then put down the sod!

Keep an eye on it and, given the way pre-emergents work, don't allow it to go fully dry for the next two months. But you shouldn't do that on new sod for the first summer anyway, so the rules are no different. With any luck at all--and even without!--you probably just got a little weed suppression on your new sod.
