Craftsman 24 hp lawn tractor model # 917.275683 is having issues with mower deck only working for a short amount of time. Afterwards it clicks when pto switch is pulled but blades won't turn. Is it possible that the regulator is not putting out enough voltage to keep it running. Acv from alternator reads 26. From regulator connection dcv reads 1-2 just plugged in to regulator connector but, if test lead put through back of connection on side battery it reads 12.6. Should this be a higher voltage to supply power to mower as well as power lights and energize clutch? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
