I love all of the lilacs. I would have many of them if they would grow here, but alas, it is too hot for them. the are indeed beautiful.

I love lilacs. Their fragrance is intoxicating. I have a huge one growing alongside my deck. Whenever I go outside this time of year, the scent fills the air. I hope the impending cold and snow we are predicted to get on Monday doesn't zap all the flowers. It just really started blooming yesterday.

Love the lilacs, I only have one in the yard, it was gorgeous last season. Had rain and some sleet today, temp is supposed to go down to 27f tonight, another hit from ma nature. I have a leafed out hosta covered with a large yard bucket and moved some potted hosta under the outdoor furniture hopefully save them from frost. I found a scape yesterday on one of my Moonlit Masquerade, way too early.

Lilacs are a great northern plant. Those this year aren't especially nice here, probably because of locust damage from a previous year.

I love lilacs too and you have a nice variety. I have only one variety but you can always tell when they are blooming.

I have 4, old fashioned lavender, a white, and newer Sensation lilac I had to move and only 1 small offset survived. I got one of those ever blooming o as 3 years ago, had not been impressed with the tiny flowers or the scent and thinking of getting rid of it. It does rebloom in the fall, and sporadically. Maybe it just took this long to settle in, this spring the flowers look better and a definite scent. My old fashioned white one must be more delicate than others, it has always struggled.

I wish the lilacs could grow in the South because they do smell delicious. Your colors are so pretty.
