My advice is that sometimes it is harder to redesign a very small area like that. Best seek design advice from an authentic kitchen designer (on here or elsewhere) to make sure you don't end up with drawers that can't open fully, drawers that can't open because of the handle of the drawer next to it in the corner. There are sooo many little things that can go wrong in a tiny space and limitations due to size.

Hire a professional kitchen designer and contractor that can help you put an actual budget together. What you expressed (50K) is not a budget its a spending wish.

I will chime in with a definite "don't": Don't create a situation in which anyone who opens the refrigerator blocks traffic to the oven/stove and sink areas.

Since you don't want a double oven, gain counter space by putting a micro above an oven.

Your version will be smaller, but trade the large table for a simple breakfast bar for two in front of the window.

Close the opening between the two rooms so you can add more cabinetry.
