It does have rounded sides but this is one of the very few under mounts we could make work in a less than standard depth vanity cabinet. They also have a few semi recessed sinks with faucet mounted in the sink and not to big of a lip. Good Luck

Another option you have is to get a more regular sized sink, but use a wall-mount faucet.
