Basement- what is what?

7 years ago
We are in the process of building a new house. They just poured the concrete in the basement last week and I am trying to figure out what is sticking out of the ground???
We did plumbing for half bath for the future so I’m assuming the tall pipe is a sink and the one near it the toilet but what is the white one (looks like bottom of a bucket) and the black one? Sewer???
We are on city water and sewer.
