Renovation Decision Help

I know this is not a design dilemma question but we are getting ready to start a Reno on our house by adding a three car garage and turning the existing two car into a bedroom and a mudroom. This would make our house a four bedroom two bath. Our Master is fair size and we have been tossing around the idea of removing the wall to the adjoining bedroom and turning half of it into a giant walk in closet. What are your thoughts?

Do you need a huge walk-in closet? Maybe look at comps in your area to see what each would return if you had to sell in the near future.

@Molly That is the debate. We are thinking that the 4 bed idea is probably better.

If you don’t have a person in the 4th bedroom, you can still use the closet for seasonal items (if you live in that type of climate. If you put the closets back to back, you can always expand later if you want.
