Advise needed! “Wrong” eggs on milkweed.

This morning, there was this moth with crinkled wings on my milkweed. Virginia Tiger moth? I don’t know if/ how well she could fly, but she was gone by afternoon.

Later on, I found these eggs on the same stalk.

Could they be hers? If so, what do I do? Wait until they hatch and take them to the proper host plant?

I am out in the yard a lot, but what if I am late? Would they start eating the milkweed and poison themselves?

Or do I worry too much and these are eggs of some random bug that eats everything?

I would really appreciate any advise.
