Help! BM Iced Cube Silver vs. Mineral Ice?

Help! Cannot choose between Iced Cube Silver (far left of big swatches) vs Mineral Ice (middle) for my son's room. Grey Cloud (far right) feels a little too dark. I'm going for a grey that has a hint of blue (definitely do NOT want it to read baby blue). Photos don't reflect the colors perfectly but will give you a sense.

Any personal experience with either color? What would you pick?

Yep, these are all BM samples. I also can't figure out why Grey Cloud is reading so dark on my walls (love it in your pics). I sampled Sweet Innocence and thought that it was darker than all of them. Do you think Marilyn's Dress would work better than the Iced Cube Silver or Mineral Ice?

did you prime the walls before trying the samples? it will make a diff.

mineral ice is more blue toned

    Iced cube silver isn't bad.

Marilyns dress will be similar to this one. I also used Sweet Innocence on one wall. it's very similar to gray cloud.

try painting over those swatches w/a white primer and try again w/your samples.

I think Mineral Ice looks more in common with your rug in the top picture? Monitors may not be as accurate. Don't discount the value of a great Prime Coat. The primer included paint colors, seem to be less consistent in various light situations. Soft lighting for a bedroom, may change what you see on your walls, tho...or a down light fixture vs an enclosed one, vs one that is a pearl glass or a frosted glass....it all does make things look different on the walls as they interact with other fabrics and wood tones in the furniture, etc. Nice choices, any of them probably!

Ask to compare the pigment ”recipe” with a blue tone that you like.

Does anyone have any pictures of the ice cubed silver in their house? thinking of using it throughout my first floor but it seems dark??

It is definitely not dark. its a pale gray with blue undertones at certain times of the day. It’s so pretty. I have it in three rooms in my house - a powder bathroom that has no windows, a guest bedroom that gets indirect light and another bedroom that gets midday light. i love it in every room! you should definitely get the Samplize sample and see what it looks like in your space. Here are pics from my house
