From left to right, it's frig, door, fp ? with a visual bunch-up, I wonder if sofa couldn't face the fp instead, and use swivel chairs.

Congrats on your upcoming move. I like Bevely's plan since it opens up the space. The way the furniture is place in the pictures, the sofa is awkwardly close to the back door and the fireplace.

With the set up you currently have, it's hard to tell if you have enough room to walk. Perhaps if you keep that set up, try a chair on either side of the TV console? Kind of like our design pictured here, but with one less chair.
