It will probably bloom......but somwhat halfheartedly and maybe even slightly later than normal. But next year, it should be fine and continue to get better and better and with more blooms.

so what??? ... you are going to skip the bargain ... because you might have to wait until next season for a big bloom ... bargain is a bargain ... go for it ... lol
