The upper 2/3 of my orange tree has the disease shown in the picture. Do you know what it is, or how to treat it? It is affecting fruit production. The tree is only producing fruit on the very bottom of the tree.
In addition, we have red ornamental grasses, and they are drying up despite receiving plenty of water. Is this a disease? I hope to get them healthy again because I love the look of those red grasses.
