Need help with cabinet along uneven wall

Need help with below kitchen. The wall behind our stove is bumped out (approx. 8 inches). As you can see, the window and that entire wall falls back.

I have attached elevations below but we're not sure on depth of counters and cabinets.

We can

1) Frame out that wall so its flush with the stove wall and then mount regular uppers and lowers and counter

2) Have a deep counter + lower cabinet but frame out the upper wall and mount regular depth uppers

3) Have a deep counter + deep upper + deep lower

We're worried mainly of the side profile view when you enter the kitchen. You will see a very deep upper cabinet to the left of the window

Thoughts urgently welcomed and required

On first thought....Go with option one and frame out the wall and treat the window recess as a 'garden window' with a couple of glass shelves in front of the window with some trailing houseplants on the shelves? Or cactus, depending on your climate and how much sun you receive thru the window. That should mitigate your concerns about the side profile view.

If you're going full custom with the cabinets, you would have more options w/ your #2 plan. Like splitting the difference and framing all or part of the wall out only 4", etc.

Can you live with a 30” range? It’s awfully tight. And I think any of these options cuts a lot of light from the single window.

To answer some comments, the stove is 36’’ (that’s 3 feet 0 inches not 30 inches)

Appliances must stay where they are due to gas stack etc (this is in an apartment) and frankly they fit the flow nicely. Originally the sink was in front of window.

The real issue is do you go with 30’’ deep counter tops alongside that one part in front of the window. Cabinets are all custom. I actually am leaning towards

A) deep lowers
B) deep counters (note it’s only in that area left of window. Will just put the microwave and toaster there I think
C) torn between whether or not to frame out uppers because can’t really reach in that deep but it does allow you to put weird sized dishes, Tupperware etc up there

Actually not sure if you can frame out just the pet behind cabinets with fillers. Not sure if that’s structurally sound. Should be doable?

There’s another option of bringing backsplash and the uppers out and having the countertop only cover part of the lowers with rest of it having a wall “box” sit on top of it. This gives you some extra room in the lowers which you can reach.

I have built-in ovens that are topped with a really deep upper cabinet. Although I need a step stool to get to the back, this deep cabinet is a perfect place to store big items such as my cake server and big tupperware containers. The ovens plus the deep upper cabinet make a nice division between the "working" kitchen and narrower storage cabinets and a small table and chairs, which are next to the window.
