My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

first signs of spring

Happy that spring finally seems to be rolling around central MA. Most everything is still sleeping but things are starting to wake up! I'm hitting year 3, so I'm really hoping for that third year leap everyone talks about.

(p.s. in case anyone followed a different post of mine where my beloved peppermint pop rose - my first ever rose - got crushed by a branch, believe it or not it's alive despite eblvery cane snapping and dying. it has 2 basal breaks!)
