Would not know what else to do if I decline this....Exterior needs upgrade. Homes are selling $250.00 sq foot or more, quickly here. we paid 137.00 per sq foot in 1996. No plans to move . But like to think upgrades will stand test of time for future occupants. Help...Am I on the right path?
