Hello and congrats! I really like your 2nd floor plan where you have a larger walk in and larger bathroom. I know it takes up those precious windows that you have, but I think those small nooks in bedrooms where you can barely put a sofa are so awkward to decorate. Really think about what you will be using this room for. If watching TV from a sofa or reading a book from an accent chair is what you will be doing in here then by all means go with floor plan 1 where you leave some room for that, BUT if you will mainly be sleeping or possibly watching TV from your bed please forgo the sitting area in a master. It's really not necessary and you would definitely rather use that space for more clothes storage or a roomier bathroom. So nice and so exciting for you guys!

We have 50 MCM ranch and I love my big walk in closet with a window too. I like the 2nd plan IMO sitting rooms in masters are really wasted space , we have a space for 2 chairs and honestly I have never sat in them except to put on socks but it looks nice .I would rather have had the space for a lrager bathroom but unless a lottery is in my future it will need to stay as is.
