It would be very neighborly to offer help and not at all offensive. We've helped neighbors move out and the help was very much appreciated!

Yes of course my questions are open to all for discussion. Seems my neighbors moving out but over a long period of time because it’s been a couple months and they take a load sporadically. I’ve just stayed indoors so it wouldn’t look rude that I didn’t offer.
