Weed or Ornamental?

I don't know if these volunteers are weeds or ornamental. The first one is popping up in a few locations. I noticed a couple of small flowers near the top. The second one pops up all over the place. The ones I haven't pulled yet are 3 to 4 feet high. They get tiny flower on them too. Does anyone know what they are?
