sautesmom, yes. Dave Bang's roses are considered rare roses so many of us have to pay for the orders and wait for them to be available.

From my experience and others', Richard Anthony from ForLoveOfRoses is a trustworthy person. I remember I paid for "Alakazam" https://forloveofroses.com/shop/mini-flora/alakazam/ and had to wait a few years before Richard successfully propagated this rose. When Richard felt that he might not be able to propagate it he offered to return the money but I said I'd like to wait until he was able to do it and he didn't disappoint.

I understand about your feeling and if you feel uncomfortable to pay to be on the waiting list, I think you shouldn't do it :) Helen
