These counters look really high, so maybe 36" (like a kitchen counter). And yes you want to compensate for the vessel sinks. Try putting a sink on top of your kitchen counter and see how comfortable that is, I'm thinking it might be a little high that way.

Most vanity counters are 30" high - but some folks prefer them to be higher, particularly if they are taller....
...but the added height of a vessel sink does have to be accounted for - otherwise for a shorter person it could be impossible to use comfortably.

On the other hand, if you have a tall vessel and set the height to keep the rim at 30", the countertop can feel uncomfortably low (and you lose cabinet height for storage). As in most design questions, the real answer is "it depends". I'd suggest building a mock-up (for example with cardboard boxes, mixing bowl, etc.) and measuring what feels right to you.

These countertops are about 36" high. The standard 30" vanities are often too low so we generally make them kitchen countertop height.
