Absolutely love the island and wood countertop. Could you please tell me what wood specie was used, what stain color, special finish? Also what do you call the edging used? Is that a Roman ogee? Thank you!

Hey there Florence, thanks so much for the kind words. It is a true Butcher Block wood countertop, hand-built in North Carolina, with a beautiful Wendover edge profile. The Stain used is dark walnut. Thanks!
