Should I Pull Tomato Plant?

Hi. I live in zone 9b in Northern California. One of my tomatoes appears to have early blight. I've treated it with Seranade and it is starting to develop tomatoes. However, since it's in the same bed with other plants, including peppers, I'm thinking of pulling the tomato out and getting a new, large plant from the nursery (it's probably not too late??). Should I do that and cut my losses, or see how the plant does? And if I *do* take it out, what should I do to the soil so that the new plant doesn't also get blight? Thanks so much for the advice. I've never run into this before.
