My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fabulous color choices! do you mind sharing!

What material and brand/color stain was used on the beams (are they rough sawn? Cedar? Fir?), on the front door? The garage doors? It’s perfect and different/darker from what I’m so often seeing. Just love the the dark wood with the white, the dark windows and the even darker shutters. Everything just looks amazing. Thank you for sharing.
