Fiddle leaf issues!

Hello,
I purchased a fiddle leaf back in September and it’s been giving me some issues lately. I keep finding green mildew/fungus growth in the dirt. The leaves are starting to develop brown spotting. I’ve already changed the pot soil and used a hydrogen peroxide water mix to spray on the soil and still nothing is helping. I figured at first this was due to my over watering but now that I have that fixed I don’t know what to do. Please offer assistance!
