The first photo is the part that I am trying to replace. Upon further inspection, I found that there were screw holes in the opening that it fit into. I don't know if the tongues that stick out from the bottom (in photo #1) are necessary, but I do want to get a good fit.

I included lots of extra photos of the part as well as the opening. We have 5 of these in our home and are trying to find a way to replace them.

Unfortunately those photos aren't the best to help me out. They appear to be baseboard returns that you need, perhaps the vintage style - unfortunately we do not carry. Can you confirm the exact hole opening in your wall and whether you need a rectangular style vent or a triangular style vent.

Please advise.

The hole is 8 inches wide and 10 inches tall (8X10"). Do you carry anything similar or know how I can go about getting replacements?
