I'd love to know more about the layout to see if there is a way to partition the space to hide your laundry area and make better use of the space.

A floor plan would be very helpful. What is outside the bathroom? Is there a hallway? If there is, one option might be to build a closet within the bathroom that has a door to the hallway where you can put a stacked washer and dryer and hide it with a door. Then your laundry room would be totally hidden and not in your bathroom........

But a floor plan would be helpful, because I am just guessing without it........
