We’re building a home and roughing in the basement. The builder is doing the drywall and roughing in the plumbing and electric. The basement is not laid out symmetrically with the window and doorways. Wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to design this space.

We want to use the space for sports viewing and have 3 TVs. We want a small bar in that right lower corner (sink roughed in). Would you put the TVs on the back wall centered between the window and door, or would you put them on the left wall? Would you do all one type of flooring, or hard floor from the bar to the door, and carpet throughout the rest?
