I have a tree peony that i received as a gift 15 years ago. It has bloomed every year. beginning with a single bloom the first year and the last few years 20 -22. This year it had 2. May have been winter damage but it wasn't that rough a winter. It has never been fertilized nor has it been moved. Any idea or has it simply had it day?
