Too long after spraying for anything to mitigate now. However, most woody plants are able to resist the most damaging effects (unless the top growth is sprayed directly or cut stems/trunks treated directly), so I would expect the tree to bounce back nicely.

If this should ever happen again, flush immediately with plenty of water, both the soil and by hosing down the tree.

I spray glyphosate around all my fruit trees. It has to be calm or I will not spray (hint-spray at 5 am). I also use old cardboard for a shield when I spray around young trees with smooth bark. I bend the cardboard around my young tree and then spray to prevent any getting on the bark. Works just fine! I suppose a flexible plastic shield would work too.

Your problem may be something other than the glyphosate. It usually doesn't absorb through bark. Are you getting deformed new leaves?
